They may look like spacesuits, but according to "GuiherCharly" of DeviantArt, they're "prank-me-not ponchos".
And they're being worn by Lynn and Luna Loud from The Loud House as per their request.
I admit I've never watched the series, so whenever someone requests those characters, I have to do an image search. And the outfits look so much like spacesuits, I decided to make the setting outer space.
