While cleaning up the parking lot at the hotel where I work, I came upon this funny Halloween decoration hanging from someone's car. I figured it was kind of like that scene in The Wizard of Oz when the house landed on that witch. I guess it could be used in either place, though it's been a long time since I've seen it.
