Another requested drawing from me, this time for Plutalian of DeviantArt.
It's his dolphin Rollie, a character he created while he and his friends were playing Dungeons & Dragons.
He likes making pictures with the sparkles in his water bubble, rolling around on the floor at random moments, and sometimes wearing bowties. His major power is charging a "Ree" which fires at random moments. You can tell his "Ree" is fully charged when he turns rainbow.
