They don't need a third evo to have a Mega evolution--there's Mega Audino, Aerodactly, and Slowbro for some reason...xD

Probably because it doesn’t have a third evolution and isn’t a legendary? Frankly the fact we got a Mega Beedrill and not a Mega Butterfree shocks me! XD
