This is one of my bard Xiranon's older half siblings. Riot was left in the care of his then hardly-teenaged older sister Belaphis at a very young age along with his older brother Valmir (5 years older). Out of the total four siblings, he's had the least amount of contact with his mother Lilfirith, and thus rather than sharing her, Valmir, and Xiranon's poshness and snooty attitudes, he instead shares Bel's fun-loving attitude.

Riot is also, however, an unstable individual. He is easily bored, paired a quick temper, carelessness, and fearlessness, he has the tendency to put himself in harm's way on a regular basis and has the scars (and a broken horn) to prove it.
