I imagine these critters to scurry around cities and climb up and drape itself over lamposts and buildings. It loves to mess around with the traffic and cause havoc, but at the same time is really quite seclusive and quiet, hiding away in the daytime.
It dosen't have a mouth, and finds electrical plugs to recharge it's battery.
