Oh? Hmm, we never did get much backstory on him in the classic series.
What his early life was like, how he got into photography and realizing he was gay, what path led him to taking photos of Tiffany, is he really so bubbly and happy, or is he covering up for inner insecurities (like the rest of us)?

He got in the business of taking pictures of beautiful women because he couldn't take pictures of beautiful men without getting in trouble. ;P Imagine the conflicts between him and Conrad spread across a whole industry-- he'd be facing a dozen harassment lawsuits.
As for whether he's really so bubbly and happy, the answer is yes, most of the time. But he wasn't always like that.

It was nice seeing Drezzer again, and that he's still snuggly cute.
And still a wolf of integrity.
He struck me as someone who didn't like "the game" that gets played in so many industries of manipulation and backstabbing and "it's not how good you are but who you know".
