This mighty beast was created using a very painstaking technique called sgrafitto. A colored, watered down clay called slip is applied to the pot, then carved through to reveal the clay beneath its surface. The results are striking and give a unique texture to the pot. This is the same technique the Greeks and Romans used to decorate their terracotta pots. :) Stands 5.5" tall and 4" wide at the opening. Has many uses, and would be a wonderful gift for any dragon lover in your life.
All pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe. Shipping costs include insurance for loss or damages. :)
