Been coming across some dragons in maid outfits and dresses on my Twitter timeline. Then I was reminded of this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mvmaiPK-rmU and that pretty much sealed the deal, I HAD to animate a big dragon/reptilian tail in a dress.

This was also animated out-of-order to get my thoughts together and to get around Clip Studio Paint Pro's limitations on animation.
