Pogo is the result of fiendish dragon lab experiments on the fossilized remains of the feral creatures of long ago. While clinically insane and with a disposition that some may describe as "goofy", she is one of the most driven in the government's ranks, and her position reflects that. Her upbringing has caused her to always fear negative judgment, and she will strive to be held in a positive light, even with her enemies. Will her efforts undermine her creation and years of hard work, or will she rise to greatness?
