A life restoration of what dimetrodon would never had looked like!

Why not:

* It's blue for crying out loud!

* If he had fur, why would he need some huge sail to keep warm?

I only drew this because I thought he would look awesome this way, and he does. :> It's more of a "what if?" thing. Some of dimetrodon's future cousins and grandkids were probably covered in fluff.

Some facts about dimetrodon:

*You might find a little plastic dimetrodon in a bucket of cheap, plastic dinosaurs

* Dimetrodon is not a dinosaur!

* Dimetrodon is also an early synapsid (Proto-mammal!)

*Dimetrodon lived way before the time of dinosaurs

* Dimetrodon was the first known synapsid to have different tooth sizes! (for biting AND for chewing), hence his name! (Di-metro-don = two length tooth)
