I had to draw something happy involving cetaceans after having watched Blackfish, and I can't go wrong with mermaids. So, I did up this little gift of Ione for my lovely girlfriend, stateofbalance, meeting some new, curious dolphin friends.

Tried to try some new things with colour here, albeit nervously. I did learn a bit and intend to use what I learned more extensively in my next illustrations!
