Following up with the companion piece to this - https://www.furaffinity.net/view/9336919/ , this is Hej's guardian the Moss Lion.
Like the sister piece to this I worked with a limited color palette. I tried to stick to that and used the same palette for both pieces while changing the design elements to give the illusion that colors were darker/lighter in areas. Mossy's seems overall darker in appearance than Hejran's and I think that's because he's such a dominant, dark green. I think my favorite part of this piece is the sun and the way he's holding it, probably one of the best claws-out paws I've drawn~
