10 x 14 color pencil

My first shot at a bovid/cervine.

More shading is forthcoming on the body once I get the BG in.

Before it's to late, any comment or critique to help improve this piece would be appreciated.

I am going to attempt the back ground with water color pencils (first time) Scary! I need to use other medias if I am to grow as an artist.
