This one's a few years old by this point but it's still one that I like a lot.

Comparing that to your digital style, it seems you usually handle yourself better with traditional. I suppose it is only a matter of time until you can achieve the same, or better digitally. But for example, that recent picture of Lupine hugging Scott had a distinctly different feel compared to say, this one, which while being old as hell and a waaaaaaaay older design for Lupine, things feel more natural-looking.
This is probably something you yourself have already noticed though. I don't mean to be one of those "remember the GOOD OLD DAYS???" dickheads, though. You've been evolving a lot since you've gotten more active lately :u
I have spent most of my art career with traditional media; Primarily working with pencils and watercolors. I started focusing more on using digital tools about a year ago when I'd acquired an affordable tablet monitor and some line art focused art programs. I've never felt entirely in control with tablets or digital color tools either, so it's been a sort of slow grind for me to find my comfort zone. Might be time to tutorial-grind on speed painting techniques~
I am glad you think I've already made some progress, though! Gotta draw 10,000 bad drawings to get to the good ones.

Gotta love Sam & Max <3. They crack me up.
Your take on teh original style of the Freelance Police is awesome and spot on. I like how you used the spot light too frame them and the setting. Nice touch with the box of crayons for Max and the little roach.
