I find that comparing your old artwork to your new definitely is a confidence booster, and it makes you think about what else you could improve on. I also like to compare other's artwork in the same way. It gives me the motivation to keep going.

That's true. I might do one of these too at some point, to kinda see how much I've improved. But it definately keeps me motivated when I know I'm getting better. :)

Woah...that's a lot of improvement!!
I've had that happening to me too, a few months ago -my drawings were a lot worse than now- and I always thought I wouldn't get any better since they were good enough. Now I find them horrible :P
