Something's coming up soon and Taross needs to have a bit of 'fresh stock' for proper preparations.
One way to get to that is to get some regular draining going, but doing this at home would let a lot get to waste...

At the Milk Bar, Taross can get some much needed relief and preparation while enjoying the 'free' drinks and confectionary in equal trade.

It just seems that the less hybridized patrons of the bar appear to be a little confused as to what's going on here.
