Taross, as a lungdragon-taur, has an affinity with storms and snow. Hir magical power and prowess granted by hir dragony heritage -boosted by hir pearl- lean towards this as well. And when practicing to control it more, it stands to reason that rainand storms is easier for hir to channel than other things.
It's a good thing that the scent of ozone after a rainy squall is one of hir more favourite smells.

Naturally, shi's not wearing much of anything... it's going to get wet anyway...
