Here's what everyone has been waiting for, Penelope join the Tune Squad, her design is based on the twitter leak for when Space Jam A New Legacy was first being make. Just like with the first Pepe picture I did, I put Penelope in the art style of how the characters looks when they were 2d the the new legacy film.
