Parthas Fa'Rana is a one-off background character from The Epsilon Project, one of the network security gurus of Fa'Rana Clan. However, he looked awesome in the totally professional rubber outfit that Merlin gave him, so I commissioned GothyCollie to draw him. And they knocked it out the park, even guessing the spot patterns obscured in the comic and getting them right.
