AKA "Ultimate Fanservice"

On the shores of Odaiba in 1999, things got even more complicated than they already were. Originally, Special Vehicles Unit 2 would be backing up the battle on the island while keeping the Digidestined close enough to their companions but out of the line of fire. One thing led to another, there was a naval battle in Tokyo Bay, the Civil Disturbance Division's hostage rescue attempt was successful but drew unnecessary amounts of attention, and Ota fell victim to temptation forcing Captain Fuwa to start her team's phase of the operation. This was still passable, but when the Digimon were successfully landed and digivolved...not only did they get the wrong Weregarurumon, but they got far too much Weregarurumon. (Far more than he was expecting. He later says he was showering, there was a bright flash of light, and suddenly found himself jammed to the bursting point with data and energy.)

This is a reversal of the size chart. Normally Weregarurumon is the smol Ultimate compared to their Mobile Suit-sized companions. This time around, they're bigger than a Mobile Armor. (This is also the markings reference for Marc until I can, um, apply some compression algorithms and get everything back to normal.)

You asked for it and since I was in one of those moods, well, you're getting it. The music is...yeah, probably about as appropriate for the situation since everything just tipped over from suspense into farce. One can only imagine the attempts to explain to the insurance adjuster what happened to the Fuji TV building and surrounding blocks, capped off by them falling into a giant pawprint or a shell crater.
