Yes, that's a Sea Titan unit (with the Lance of Longinus and S-type equipment, to boot) fighting what appears to be some type of eel-based [REDACTED] in armor. Fighting whilst all but dangling at the end of a tether is pretty unpleasant.

This one probably won't be finished, I think I can do a better job with this idea, but I'm not sure when I'll be able to get around to it.
