A little under three months left to go, and I have the gloves and boots buttressed with lycra to protect the foam padding

From left to right:
I've got hands. Between the correctly-sewn lycra liner and better use of padding, these bend at the joints. They're still horribly clumsy and the long claws make gesturing difficult, but they already look better than Baragon's.

The boots are buttressed, although they're still a pain to don at times. There has to be a better way to make them. I think I'll go around them with black RTV silicone once they're skinned in order to bridge the gap between the buttressing and the rubber tile parade sole.

There's the mechanism for the jaw. I probably need to put a stop in to protect the teeth.
