http://blueike.deviantart.com/ and I finally nailed down a design for HYDE for WoC. He's a cyborg that was originally a toon, fixed up after an incident. His name stands for:

Hydraulic
Yet
'Dorable
Entity

Since he's still part toon and has a metabolism, he's able to tap into his magical energies. With that, he's able to use his special ability: Hosification. Any liquid type substance Hyde consumes can be broken up into data and stored in his memory, such that he can shoot out a never-ending stream of the liquid, as long as he has enough magic energy left to do so. This ability is mostly used for a mostly infinite water source, for putting out fires, but can also be used in combat.
