Katto (pronounced Kah-toe) is a smug, suave and conniving rival toon cat of Kip's. He'll often plot to take Bow right from under Kip's nose, if not through physical slapstick, through deception. He's also a bit of a womanizer, makes sure his hair is in tip top form.
