Sometimes, certain jolteons need high-voltage insulation to prevent 'accidents'. The squeaking with every move is just a bonus; even if teetering around in those digitigrade boots is a little clumsy... they can still sort of manage a curtsey!

Took me quite a while to do this, over a few weeks. All the while, keeping it secret from said Jolteon themself.
Quite happy with how the boots turned out, not so happy with the dress; but overall, quite content.
