For a Halloween prop I have been constructing a book “bound in human skin”. This is a small phone book with a cardboard cover as a base and paper clay sculpted on top of it to create the skin look. I used upholstery thread and made actual sutures in the material.

"You’ve heard of the "Necronomicon", right? The one told about by Lovecraft? Well…this is it’s famed sister tome…the "Necrocomicon"; bound in the flesh of nerds!!! Muahahahaha!"
