When she put in the title 'Unusual Hippogriff' my mind went to, "Hooved toes!!" .. Which seems to be a recurring feature in any equine-like creature I've designed...

This lady, named Niobe, features the body, legs, markings and tail of the clouded leopard (and I had quite a bit of fun making those spots!) - the hooved toes, mane, tail tip, and palette of the fjord horse, and the face and wings (classically) of the light-mantled sooty albatross.
