So I did a rework of the Starfinder Character art I did earlier in the year and I WAY prefer the way this one came out.
Goes to show what happens when you actually ping down a character concept before jumping into making art!

So this is Asuka

She is an Operative with the detective archetype in game and the idol trait. So conceptually for her I figured it would be really cool if she something of an investigative journalist meets Twitch streamer. She goes out into the galaxy at large rooting out excessive cruelty, criminal rings, sentient trafficking, megacrops breaking and pushing the boundries of the law. While she does it she streams her investigations off the Twitch of the setting and she's hit such a critical level popularity that she is difficult to just get rid of. That and she has a variety of skills picked up following the suicide of her father induced by "internal testing" of a productivity enhancing drug masked as a medical aid scheme that eventually drove him to kill himself. The corporation wrote he used to work for wrote him off as an asset and paid his family a sizable compensation.

That didn't sit well with her since Brenneri(which she is) are quite empathic and to see her father change into someone she could hardly recognize must have been like living through hell. So she used that compensation paid to the family on folks to train her, grew contacts and finally infiltrated and shattered the corp that drove her dad to suicide. Now she bounces around the galaxy thwarting people who abuse power and making the public aware of what's REALLY going on.

So in between RL streams of her investigations, fights and infiltrations she streams old retro games that her father got her into when she was young.
