So excited to finally upload this piece! This is the prize for the winner of my raffle, Genetta from FA. This was an absolute blast to work on and she was very fun to work with! This is the first time I've drawn a Genet and it was really interesting to learn about them. I had to do a ton of research for this piece and learn how these creatures look as well as learn about the clothing I was to draw on her which is a Yukata. I had to learn the difference between them and the kimono. Good ol' google is always helpful. Well, sometimes. I am more than pleased with the background. Had it not been for the very kind Hanmonster, I wouldn't have been able to experiment with background elements and move forward like I have. With her help and the help of others from the community, I have learned extremely valuable tips and tricks. I am always willing to try more techniques and sometimes they stick and sometimes they don't and I am perfectly okay with that. It's all apart of the learning process. I am slowly beginning to feel more confident with each new piece I work on. Enjoy!
