What happened to Dysfunctional?
Back in February, I finished my therapy sessions. They would still be on going but with a different person, as my then therapist was moving on.
I held no malice towards them, in-fact I was very proud of them and excited for their new career. I was mildly fearful of how I would cope, but also excited and peaceful, because I had a chance to strike out on my own and see how I dealt with the up-coming days and months whilst waiting for a new therapist.

As I was walking back home, listening to music, Dysfunctional came into my headspace and lay with me breifly. She told me that she represented the chaos in my mind, the inplusive behaviour, the trauma and the negativity and as I was healing, so was she. She wanted out for a bit and I agreed. However, she's not a stupid piece of me, so she gave me Ciara/Sectum with the words; "It's dangerous to go alone, take this. And I'll be back."
With that she got up, stalked always into the darkest area of the mindspace and vanished. Ciara then emerged and head-bumped me. She would help guide me from there on and be the vessel that I show my emotions through.
I was fine with that, I designed Ciara properly, taking colours from photos of me and established her. She was absolutely fine.

And then COVID 19 happened.
It happened so fast in the UK that I flat out panicked.
And on the 25th of March, Dysfunctionals' presence reared up from out of the blackness and was like; "I TOLD you, I'd be back."

However, Dys had changed.
I was in the middle of redesigning a character named Sutcliffe, and I shit you not, Dys merged with what could have only been an empty vessel and re-established herself.
Standing next to Ciara who was, at this point, a little shaken, she just looked at me and smirked.
She's always had my back and she always will.

With this in mind, I worked the occurances into Loss of Wife and it resulted in the following for the plot.

"It hadn't even been a month since Chai had settled with the Delta Pride when Dysfuctional appeared to her in a dream.

Chai ran towards her mate, skipping light over the astral clouds and grass towards her, a smile beaming bright as any sun, matched by Dys, was on her face and the two lionesses collided and rolled. Rejoicing in each other presense.
Both laughed and played like cubs, batting and swatting each other, their laughter echoed pure and lovely through the plains.
When they both collapsed, out of breath and in each others arms, Chai groomed Dys' cheek, the scent of the other still fresh in her mind and bloomed even stronger as she pressed herself into the demi-goddess. Dys' thunderous purrs rippled out from her chest and she reached around to groom her love back.

"I've missed you, didn't know when you'd come for me again." Chai murmured into the thick fur of the deities neck. Dys merely chuckled in response.
"I would never leave you. I made that promise."
"I know, I just...I just miss you."
Dys' rumble was the only answer Chai needed, and let her body go limp as they were flipped over, reversing their positions, Chai now underneath Dys.
Odd coloured eyes looked up into brazen gold, with the soft expression, and the gold swum with love and tenderness, the respect of a power-couple that would never die. Chai flintched only slightly when she felt Dys paw graze over her belly and flanks, joined by the others nose and muzzle when she snaked around to observe her partners form.
Dys pressed a closed mouth kiss, inimate and precise, to Chais' waist, slowly breathing out through her nostrils, the warmth of her breath taking on almost a life of its' own and coiling around the other lionesses body.
Chai could only watch and roll furhter onto her back as the sensation trickled up her spine, her hind limbs and forelimbs, dispersing at the end of her paw and the base of her neck. It left her mildly breathless and tingling all over. A sound, like a mewl and a chirp left her in a question as Dys reached back up to nuzzle her. No words were said but Chai knew what the other had done and embraced her love with all four paws and held on, purring like the world was ending. Her cubs would be embued with her love, and she would care for them as Dys watched from above.

When she awoke breifly, snuggled between Shark and her half sister Mocha; Chai could only smile sleepily to herself and cuddle both of them a little harder.
Of course Dys had never left her. And she never would, not even when her body faded. They would always be together."
