This wonderful lady is the great goddess, Alexia. Goddess of Justice. She is known to manifest physically in times where great evil hides in the shadows, biding their time and growing in power. She does this specifically to finely protect society from injustices and avoid more drastic action.
It can be quite boring in the god realm, which is why she really enjoys any opportunity to enter the dream realm or even the mortal realm. Facts of life that get people down like putting on weight are things that she seems to relish in, and the traditions and culture, despite being indirectly responsible for their creation, she is completely oblivious to these.

Despite her silly side, she can be fierce woman and can be riled to anger easily by evil or immoral acts.
