Vincent’s Parents are Ona* Alexander* and William Alexander. Ona was a Lithuanian immigrant to America and she managed to get a job as a waitress at an English style restaurant in New York City. There she met her future husband William Alexander. The two soon fell in love and after six years of going steady they go married on March 18th. Their honeymoon was in Las Vegas Nevada and they fell in love with the area and decided to move there; they called it their “Endless Honeymoon.” William Soon found a job as a head chef at one of the smaller casinos restaurants and Ona got a job in accounting for the same casino. The jobs paid alright, they weren’t rich at all but they always had more than enough to get buy. Ona soon became pregnant with their first child and they moved into a single story house away from the city, they spent hours doing research for the best neighborhoods with the best schools.

Vincent was born on May 5th. He had a pretty regular childhood however it was not without his own hardships, while his mother had dark brown hair his father had platinum blonde and Vincent inherited it from him. At first it caused no trouble but once he entered middle school some of the bullies began teasing him for it. They began calling him “Zithead” and the “Living Pimple” due to his near white hair set on top of his red feather head. At first Vincent tried to not let it get to him but they soon broke him down. He feared going to school and would often play sick to get out. He grew to absolutely despise his natural hair color and once he entered high school he began to regularly dye his hair brown. Vincent also discovered his sexuality when he entered high school when he realized he was attracted to both men and women. At first he struggled with it and feared being ostracized for liking men. During his sophomore year he told his parents and his Mother didn’t care but his father was a bit against it. He didn’t understand it and didn’t know how to handle it. He didn’t hate his son but it was just awkward between the two and eventually they got into a rather big fight about it. Ona managed to talk sense into William and it all got patched up, some topics are still a bit uneasy for the two to talk about though.

Vincent had a series of short relationships throughout high school with both women and secretly men. In his junior year he had the courage to tell most of his friends, most were happy he came out, some turned his back on him. He was hurt but figured they weren’t his real friends if this bugged them. Vincent was rather intelligent and worked hard in school and managed to graduate a year early from high school but he enter college right after. There he soon met his to be girlfriend Alyssa Marks when he was 18. She was tomboyish deer who had built up a rather dangerous reputation around campus. She was rather attractive and often got hit on a lot but she didn’t care for this too much and would often just ignore them or brutally turn them down. She also beat up a guy who tried to pin her down and because of this rumors soon spread she was crazy. Alyssa and Vincent met because of the rumors no one would sit next to her in class so Vincent always sat next to her due to there always being an open seat. The two soon began talking, at first short conversations but after about a month and a half their talks were long and they began hanging out a lot. It doesn’t take long for two healthy young adults to let their minds wander and the two soon began to date. Vincent had a problem though, because he never had a serious relationship before and didn’t know how to handle things so he ended up taking something a bit too fast and on their first year anniversary Vincent proposed to Alyssa. She knew he didn’t know how to pace their relationship (that had really been her job) so she wasn’t mad or upset with him, in fact she was touched but she turned him down. She told him she had her full life a head of her and didn’t want to be tied down yet. Vincent didn’t know how to react to this, at first he tried to act ok with it but her saying no created a crack in their relationship. Eventually the two began to drift and eventually they both agreed to break up; Vincent only blamed himself.

It took a while but Vincent managed to get over Alyssa and he began dating again, he still saw Alyssa from time to time but their hellos were awkward and a bit too much for both of them. Vincent graduated college and luckily quickly found a job as a writer for a local newspaper. He also found himself a little one bedroom apartment. One day as if by some magical chance Vincent got on the elevator with one of the other residents who lived higher up in the building. He was a rather large Wolf named Trevor Grey; physically he was Vincent’s type. Vincent had a thing for larger men and a large number of his ex-boyfriends were rather hefty. The two began talking during the long elevator ride and before Vincent even got off they agreed to go on a date. Vincent tried hard to not move that fast but he got swept up in the magic their relationship and proposed to Trevor only eight months into their relationship. They both were swept up in the magic however because he said yes. They both decided to move in together but this is when problems started to form between them. Trevor was a bit of an alcoholic and would be drunk often at home. He was also lazy and things he was supposed to do would often go undone. They soon found that their personalities clashed but thy still wanted to go through with the marriage. Their friends and family began congratulating the, and talking about married life; this alongside all the plans they had to make began to add even more stress on their relationship. Both began to feel trapped in their relationship and begun fighting more and more as the closer they got closer to the wedding day. After a long and serious talk they broke up and called off the marriage a week before the wedding. Vincent moved out and into a completely new apartment building halfway across town.

This event had sent Vincent it too massive spiral of depression. He stopped hanging out with friends or going places; he only ever left for work. With the suggestion of a friend he began seeing a therapist to try and work things out. The therapist listened to Vincent’s story and knew she had to be somewhat harsh, she broke down how he messes up and causes his own relationships to fail but that the guilt was also not just his own. Alyssa could have said many different options to reject him and keep his feelings intact. Trevor should have never said yes in the first place but she also made it clear Vincent was also at fault. She told him the sign she noticed in his stories and to be on the lookout for them. She also told him to take up a hobby in order to distract himself from these feelings, something to devote himself other than the relationship. He was never a good artist so that was out, he was afraid to work with power tools so thinks like wood sculptures or working with metal where completely out, but there was one thing he always enjoyed was writing so he decided on do that. He began planning out the plot for a novel about a man who loses faith in love as he struggles to find it and a few day later he had begun writing it. He soon finished his first book and sent it to a publisher station in the city and to his surprise it was accepted and they worked out a deal. The book itself did alright; the reviews were mixed but Vincent’s editor told him not to be discouraged. So he wrote two more romance novels that didn’t do as well as his first book with the suggestion of his editor and higher up he branched out into more genres. He wrote his first fantasy novel and it was a bit of a success. He also wrote a small mystery novel but it was again met with mixed reviews as it was panned for relying on common mystery novel tropes but was praised for its rather interesting plot as and realistic characters. Vincent began dating again and during the course of the three moth relationship Vincent pumped out two romance novels. The first one did rather well but the seconded one practically flopped with nothing but negative reviews. His girlfriend broke up with him because he was always distracted and held back, they didn’t kiss till the second month. Vincent still struggles with relationships and has yet to find an even ground.

Ok so I was talking with thenocturnalrodent thenocturnalrodent and I realized Vincent was rather flat as a character. So with his help I did a MAJOR revamp of his character and I also changed his weight . I did a quick summary of his life. I will not be coloring this picture but it will remain in my main gallery. I will also not be deleting the old pic of Vincent nor will I be moving it to the scraps.
