The Tolesian OWP-5B1 Repeating Combat Blunderbuss is a highly flexible weapon that shoots 24x60mm shells designed for close tactical and crowd control situations. It is a multi-operating mode blunderbuss, capable of firing high-pressure anti-personnel BBs, slugs, bean bags, or rubber BBs. Scattershot and slugs are generally high pressure enough to cycle the action. In contrast, lower pressure bean bags often need the pump action to cycle the action. This makes the weapon popular with military security, gendarmerie, and other units requiring close combat weapons. Though a tad on the heavy side, the blunderbuss has proven reliable and easy to use thanks to the aforementioned dual method of operation and easy-to-use 10 round detachable box magazines. 

An optional suppressor is also available for rubber and steel BB-based rounds and slugs. The suppressor cannot be used with the bean bag rounds.
