Tundra Enovian by Suwon

Tundra Enovian

Suwon

Tundra Enovian descended from the mountainous regions to colder climates. They allegedly set out in quest of additional mountain ranges but were unable to survive the severe blizzards. Those who managed to adapt, endured, and started fresh lives in the chilly wastelands. Since they no longer have to climb rocky terrain, they gradually lost their rear dew claws.

»»———- Markings ———-««

Natural markings are extremely modest on Tundra Enovians. They don't deviate too far from the mountain varieties, although they resemble Nordic dog breeds more. This indicates that two-tone markings, like those on a black-and-white Siberian Husky, are still widespread.

Merle or Splash coats would be displayed by rarer genotypes. It is not recommended to breed an Enovian with Merle markings against another with the same Merle genes. Once they reach the 8-week mark, Double Merle, or Lethal Whites, offspring are frequently abandoned as cubs. Due of their inability to hear, see, or detect potential threats, these cubs frequently do not survive and imperil the family.

»»———- Colorations ———-««

Contrary to their mountain-dwelling relatives, Tundra Enovians don't come in a wide variety of colors. They have less noticeable marks, which helps them blend in better with the icy surroundings. Common hues are Fawn, White, Cream, and so on. The presence of split tones or even hints of darker tones in these hues is not unusual.

»»———- Diet ———-««

These beasts require as much fat as they can get to survive in the harsh environment they inhabit. Tundras will be spotted pursuing bison, caribou, and sea lions or seals. Their hunting strategy centers around ambushes. Although they are fast animals, they prefer to save their energy to dispatch the large prey as quickly as they can.
