Okay, well, I think what I was going to say when I first saw this (but apparently didn't comment) was that I like how you did, like... cel-shading painting? If that makes sense? It's really hard painting, and you can really see the brushstrokes. I LIKE THAT. ;~;
I also really like your Raikou, it's pretty close to how I'd imagine them. |D
