It just occurred to me that I started this image around the time I joined Weasyl and posted a WIP of it-- but that I had fallen out of using Weasyl by the time I "completed" it (quotations around completed because I kind of gave up on this. It was one of those occasions where I took too long to finish something and by the time I got back to it I started to dislike it)

But, anywho, now that I'm back into using Weasyl this seems like an appropriate time to drop this here

      It's a combination of using paler, desaturated, and blue colours-- and slapping a pale, cloudish layer
