My one critique would be that the way the spaceship lines up with the planet on the left (since it's just barely overlapping) makes it look a bit like it's colliding with it! I generally tend to look at alignment in compositions to make sure it's clear the background/midground/foreground are visually discernable :)
This piece is lovely. I really enjoy the cross-hatched shading, especially in the background combined with the black splotches. It's cool the way the black shading lets some of the colours behind peek out. Good work!
