Nurse TriStar Pegasus, mascot of TriStar Pictures in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic style, scrub nurse at Ponyville General Hospital, dressed in a dark blue EquestriTech surgical gown which covered her wings, light blue EquestriTech surgical hoof covers (not shown in this picture), a light blue EquestriTech surgical tail cover which covered her tail, a light blue EquestriTech surgical cap which covered her ears and her bangs, and is breathing in her white EquestriTech EMDBN95-M/L-W duckbill-style disposable particulate surgical respirator mask over her nose and mouth, to protect her lungs from any harmful airbourne particles and nasty germs. TriStar's mask also keeps her muzzle warm.
