Aqua Vial is a magical construct based on a glass vial designed to resemble a pegasus pony.  Her whole body is a glass vial that can move like a standard pony and has the ability to endless create water.  Her mane, tail, and wings are all made from water.  She can help generate rainwater by breathing water into clouds, and other pegasi have called on her for help with the weather.
