Reason for Joining: Luna entered the pageant back in 2013, but got busy and didn't come back for a while.  When she heard that the pageant was coming back, she decided to participate.  Plus it gives her a chance to show off some of the dresses she's been trying on recently.
Personality: Luna is very happy and outgoing.  She loves trying on outfits and dresses as a hobby.
