Lucky is a robot covered with all sorts of good luck charms, such as rabbit's feet, a ladybug, a squirrel tail a horseshoe, a four leafed clover, and the number 7. He is also capable of flight.

Lucky first appears in episode 25 "A Dastardly Deed", where he is sent to find the white Chaos Emerald, which he finds in a pile of garbage. Sonic finds Lucky, and Lucky ends up giving Sonic the Emerald instead of Eggman. Lucky later appears in episodes 45 and 46 "Prize Fights" and "A Wild Win", where he participates in the Chaos Emerald Tournament where he beats his opponents by luck until he gets beaten by Emerl.
