This brave super-criminal has cold powers, and is driven by sadism.
He is always stealing rare valuables to achieve his goals.
He tends to annoy divine beings

Chan:
This charismatic super-criminal was trained in martial arts, and is driven by curiosity.
He is commonly engaging in blackmail of political leaders to achieve his goals.

Joan:
