Chapter 13: The End?

Aero and Vaxtus were continuing their massive battle.

"I will rule all of Atmo City even without the diamond!"
"I won't let that happen, Vaxtus!"

Meanwhile, Yuesbi, still cloaked, activated his tracker and locked onto Vaxtus. When the time was just right, Yuesbi fired the disruption bomb, which detached from his wing and flew at alarming speed towards Vaxtus.

Vaxtus, still focused on Aero said "You were always Archibald's favorite..." Suddenly, a massive blast hit him and began destroying his internal components. Yuesbi uncloaked to see Vaxtus.

"Who...are...you?" Vaxtus asked weakly.

"I'm a friend of Aero's. Bye bye dude." Yuesbi said.

Vaxtus' main engines went offline and he fell down and landed on the topmost disk of the city in front of City Hall.

Aero, Sakura, and Yuesbi went up to Vaxtus.

"Aero..." Vaxtus said. "Archibald and... I... made you...Surely you...wouldn't destroy...one of your...creators?"

"Sorry Vaxtus, but I know the truth about everything and I fight for those I believe in." He then terminated Vaxtus with a homing missile.

Looking down at the battle scene below, our heroes saw that the ACIPD officers were able to arrest a good number of Vaxtus' henchmen.

A week or so later, a party was celebrated at City Hall to celebrate Aero's victory over Vaxtus.

"We did it." Sakura said.
"We showed Vaxtus who's boss." Yuesbi excitedly said.
"Yeah we did." Aero said casually. "There's just one thing I'm pondering."
"What's that?" both of Aero's friends asked.
"I was created by both Vaxtus and another Jetroid scientist named Archibald. All I have of Archibald is a single charred wing, but since we are a technologically advanced race, I wonder, is he still out there somewhere?"
