This story is about Sunkra the otter boy getting a

little pup to take care for.

This story contains: no sex, drugs

Sunkra receives a little bundle of joy.

Sunkra sits in the VIP lounge, lying back on the

comfortable couch as he is ogled by several of the many

guests, a normal break for him. Usually he almost never

wears shirts or any kind of tops, but today he has a

sleeveless shirt green shirt on. A pretty bunny girl

walks up to him, it is Nana, his best friend and

colleague in the club:"Hey hot stuff, got a moment for

me?"

Nodding, the otter boy raises himself up, scooting up a

little as Nana takes a seat, her fluffy little tail

pressed to the back of the couch and always giving

Sunkra the urge to squeeze it. As the otter scoots up,

he mildly bumps into one of the rich male guests,

apologizing and seductively winking as the light brown

and white coloured rabbit girl snaps his attention back

to her:"Doofus, pay attention, I need ya' to do me a

favor."

Nodding, the otter boy faces her again and smiles as he

listens,"A friend's dog recently birthed and her parents

are threatening to…" Nana swallows briefly as she feels

a lump in her throat:"They will drown the pups which

don't get a home."

The bunny girl has her saddest look in her big beautiful

eyes and Sunkra already feels his spidy senses tingling,

suspecting the following question. "Won't you… will you

please, pretty much please, take care of one of the pups

so my friend and I have more time to look for their

definite adopting people?"

Sunkra grunts softly, falling back into the couch with

his back as he contemplates what she asks of him. He

doesn't mind pets at all, but he simply almost never is

home and has a very irregular daily pattern of life. The

otter boy turns to look at the big teary blue eyes of

the rabbit, groaning again:"Aw Nana, you's know I's

can't take dat look! I's dun't have pets 'cause I's

dun't spend much time a' home, you's know…" The pleading

look on Nana's face remains unchanged and Sunkra

succumbs, sighing:"Fine. But not fo' long, I's have a

social life!"

Cheering, Nana almost jumps into his lap, covering his

face with kisses:"Thank ya', thank ya'! I owe you one,

pretty boy!" and she stands up, almost running off

before Sunkra grabs her hand and smirks:"Jus' one pup!

An' you's bring it tonight, dun' feel likah getting it

myself!"

"Sure handsome, thanks again!" and she tipples off on

her high heels, probably rushing to get a cigarette

before her shift starts again. Thinking of smokes,

Sunkra isn't a regular smoker but he feels like doing

some weed right now. He looks around and gets up,

walking to a guy he knows to have anything that is

illegal or barely legal:"Heys dude, got sum' green for

me?"

Money and a little bag are exchanged, Sunkra shaking

hands with the dealer and then stepping outside the back

entrance, finding Nana as she just tosses her bud to the

ground and ready to get back to her shift. He reminds

her:"Tonight den, Nana, dun't want tah get tah bed too

late, okies?"

She nods and heads back inside, the otter boy leaning

against a wall as he prepares an extra thick joint,

sniffing the weed and smiling. Glow is fine and all, but

not wanting to get too hooked on that stuff, Sunkra

often blows a little bit of pot every now and then which

is pretty harmless to him. The day so far has been

pretty disappointing to him, his tattoo artist had

called off work today because of illness and had

rescheduled the appointment. The otter lights the joint

and sucks the flame into it, immediately smiling as he

tastes the coffee like taste in his mouth. Blowing some

circles of smoke into the air, he lurks until his joint

is reduced to a little bud, by then pretty happy and

light headed. Sunkra tosses the bud to the floor and

returns inside, soon called to the stage again.

When the otter arrives at home he doesn't bother to

clean up too much, clothes and underwear everywhere on

the floor and furniture. Sunkra ponders where to put the

pup and figures he needs someplace where it can't hurt

much to have little accidents, like pups usually have.

Sighing, he places a cardboard box in a corner of his

small living room, along with lots of old newspapers

around and in it, preparing a little bowl of water

too,"Damn Nana, you's owe me big…" he mutters. After a

little while of watching tv the doorbell rings and

Sunkra gets up to answer it, the smiling rabbit girl

with her female friend, also a rabbit:"Hey hot stuff,

here we are with the puppy!"

They step inside and the otter points them at the

cardboard box, luckily Nana carries a little baby fence

too from her childhood:"Might be handy to keep the rest

of your apartment clean, Sunk honey."

Sunkra agrees and sets up the little fence along with

Nana, her friend looking around as she sits her cute

bunny butt onto the couch with an animal carrier in her

arms. Finally everything is ready and the two girls

smile sweetly as they open the carrier and retrieve a

very cute little husky pup, it seems to be a few weeks

old and wags its little tail happily at the

attention,"Sunkra, meet pup, she's not named yet and

yes, it's a girl."

The girls place the little blanket with the whimpering

puppy in Sunkra's arms very much like a baby and first

the otter boy looks a bit lost, but soon warms up:"I's

guess she's p'etty cute… bu' I's only take her

tempo'arily you's know, I's not around at home much."

They nod and give the otter a few more instructions,

plus some food and supplements for the pup before

leaving, both very grateful to the good hearted Sunkra

and hugging him tightly, thanking and kissing him. As

soon as they're gone Sunkra just sighs again and looks

at the little cute bundle of dog on his couch, wrapped

in her little blanket as she wags her tail. He sits

himself with the pup on his lap and pets her for a

little while:"Hai dere, I's Sunkra, guess you's don't

have a name yet bu' I's will think of sum'thing."

His words are rewarded with a cute bark and he smiles,

he might get quite attached to this cute little pup,

which wouldn't be too good cause Sunkra considers his

time at home way too short to have pets.

Giving the female husky pup a little bit of food and

water, the otter places her tiny form into the secluded

corner of the living room with the box and blanket. The

baby fence was a good idea, now she couldn't wander out

and get the whole apartment dirty. Sunkra turns to his

kitchen and starts to prepare a simple little meal for

himself, every so often looking back at the pup as she

eats and then sniffles everything in her reach,

exploring her little space. Smiling, the otter turns

back around to his cooking pots, interesting times

ahead...

Older work.

Constructive feedback welcome, but my writing style has already evolved by now.

Over a hundred stories to upload, so going to spread it out a bit.

Enjoy.
