It's been awhile since I made full fledged drawing. I also tried a different shading method, it took longer than usual, but I'm happy with the results.
This is also the first appearance of this character here to my knowledge. He's part of a small thing I'm working on in bursts, so I can't guarantee when it'll be done. Cecil will probably be showing up more despite that.
