While your focus is good (background objects are blurrier, the focus is clearer), your camera seems to have a problem with focusing tightly, or perhaps it's just this photo. You've got some serious blur/noise, but that sometimes can't be fixed. In addition, I understand this is a "caught in the moment" photo, but the foot in the lower right corner and the other people in the photo are very distracting. This could be remedied by extra focus on the depth of focus of the picture, cropping, or the decision to "pose" the photo in a more calm location.

Overall, a good photograph of an obviously fun occasion!
