Complete artistic freedom this one - all I did was hand Nimrais the ref sheets and ask her to draw a sketch of Cosmo and Syrrus.
From a character POV, Syrrus and Cosmo aren't an item - they're just good friends. Cosmo acts a bit aloof and condescending to those he doesn't know well, but underneath all that, he's a kitten :)

To me it suggests Cosmo is being a bit of a dork wanting Syrrus to come do something outside in the sun and air, he means well, just has a slightly fun-obnoxious means of enthusing his friend.
