Despite knowing that it's probably just a cute giant diaper picture, my first thought was "what is that diaper filled with?"
My second thought was "I bet it's a beach ball." I don't know why, but it cracked me up really hard and now I can't unsee him sitting on a beach ball. I blame the late hour and my tired brain. 8)
Very cute work, I love his bunny feet especially!
