While Mei Jing's day job is that of a reporter, sometimes she makes the stories herself by moonlighting as a Vanguard special operative. She is capable of making energy shurikens and is protected by a nano-suit that can switch forms between her civilian outfit and her operative outfit seen here.

Behind her are two Vanguard operatives, the left one a standard operator with a Crystal Gun (a weapon made using stolen technology from a terrorist organisation), and the right one a Neutralizer Operative, who is carrying a Neutralizer, a device intended to suppress the power of super heroes and villains or cause severe fatigue in non-supers.

This took way too long to do, but I'm glad I got to draw Mei Jing in her operative outfit.
